Major Crimes Season 4 Episode 11 revolves around an illegal poker game between five very rich players. Someone shot four of the players. Three of them died outright and the other is in intensive care.

The investigation is painful for Julio, who spends most of his time in the hospital with the fourth victim's daughter, Anna. Julio was last in this hospital with his wife 15 years ago and it brings back memories. Meanwhile, Provenza and Flynn investigate the game and discover it was being run by a woman named Molly Pace. Flynn is injured in the course of arresting Molly, which really concerns Sharon.

Most of the suspects knew each other, so Sharon and Provenza can't figure out exactly what happened -- the shooter would have to count on not being recognized. Meanwhile, Flynn makes an attempt at defying his injuries to remain on the case and Rusty tries to get Judge Grove to sign off on his latest idea for a story.
