Recap

A Navy photographer, Andrea Bishop, gets killed by an intruder. Rountree and his sister Jordyn get pulled over and cuffed by white cops. Kensi and Deeks find out her computer and equipment are gone from her apartment. One of Bishop's recent assignments was photographing a weapons station under construction. Fatima and Kilbride discover Rountree missing. Police release the Rountrees. They were stopped because police were looking for a burglary suspect in the area. Sam and Callen track down the skaters Bishop shot on the day she died. One skater turned over a flashdrive Bishop dropped. A video of the arrest is posted online. Sam takes Rountree's arrest hard. Bishop had recorded someone stealing from the weapons station. The van involved in the theft belongs to an unemployed man, Jake Hanson. Detective Whiting tries to get Rountree to sit down and talk with the offending cops but he refuses. Hanson attempts to run with Deeks and Kensi go to question him. Hanson was just the driver for a man who stole the equipment. He gives them the address of the warehouse where he took the stolen goods. Sam and Callen decide that the non-operational weapons station is being used for inventory thefts. Lt. Daniel Walsh is Hanson's accomplice and likely to whom she reported the thefts. Walsh is attempting to sell a robotic "ghost dog." Walsh runs from Rountree. Fatima guides Rountree from surveillance. Walsh grabs a woman for a shield. Rountree talks him into surrendering. The gallery owner sends a photo of Bishop's to Kensi and Deeks. Sam talks with Rountree about what happened. Sam told him that he was a victim of racial profiling since the police had no idea for whom they were looking. Rountree plans to speak out for change rather than work within the system.

Callen: There better be some explanation.
Sam: Unless Rountree murdered someone this morning, there's no explanation for this.

People have certainly killed for less.
