Recap

Two men attempt to break into a military base. One is killed and the other hospitalized after an explosion. Sam and his father, Raymond, move into their new home. Rosa's asylum placement with her aunt falls through. No one shows up for work because of personal issues except Kilbride and Shyla. Callen tracks down Arkady. He asks Arkady for his blessing to marry Anna. Arkady forbids it. Raymond is grumpy about being confined to the house by Sam. Kensi and Deeks consider adopting Rosa to keep her in the U.S. Fatima and Rountree try to find the burglars' car. Callen tells Sam about Arkady's refusal. The unconscious, hospitalized burglar has a lawyer, Jeremy Chambers. Fatima pushes Rountree to stop resisting and talk with Nate. Chambers also represents the dead burglar, Ralph Langston. Just in time, Fatima and Rountree discover Langston's RV is boobytrapped. The bomb that blew up the RV was the same kind that blew up the burglars. William Baker set up a crowdfunding page for the hospitalized burglar. Shyla says Baker's ranch resembles a war-games training ground. With Fatima and Rountree injured, Shyla and Kilbride grab a chopper to provide backup. Kensi suggests adopting Rosa and Pilar to Deeks. A bound woman runs out of a building at the ranch and Kensi and Deeks rush in, only to get surrounded by insurrectionists. Sam and Callen arrive and gunfire breaks out. Kilbride's chopper arrives. But Baker has a surface-to-air missile. Kilbride takes him out with a shotgun. Then Kensi takes down the woman guarding her and Deeks. Callen is still attempting to track down Arkady. Deeks and Kensi  propose adoption to Rosa. Kilbride meditates to Tony Bennett. Raymond has beer and a couple of plastic chairs delivered. Deeks, Kensi, and Rosa play cards. Fatima and Rountree watch martial-arts films.
