Masked men abduct Commander Eric Harper, a heart surgeon, outside a Portsmouth (Va.) hospital.

Parker has a neck injury from playing basketball with Nick.

The team is summoned to the dump site of Harper's body on the side of a road 200 miles away from Portsmouth.

Harper was shot in the back of his head but there's blood on the front of his scrub pants. Jimmy proposes that it might be from his killer.

Anesthetic in the mystery blood leads Kasie to guess that Harper had been forced to perform surgery after being taken.

Kasie finds Harper's digital recorder in the burnt-out remains of the kidnappers' van.

Kasie salvages the audio, which Nick must translate from Spanish.

He establishes that the kidnappers are Colombian. Also, the name of El Viento, cartel leader Carlos Savina, comes up.

Parker's theory is that Savina, who has the necessary resources to set up an operating suite, came to the U.S. for surgery by Harper, who he then ordered killed.

Nick and McGee investigate the airfield where a recent mysterious landing flagged by the FAA took place.

A man at the airfield identified Savina as a passenger on the plane which he refueled there.

Parker and Jessica discover that Harper had a tremor in his hand which threatened his career.

Savina's thugs come to abduct Dr. Claire Logan, Harper's partner.

Parker convinces them that he's Logan's associate and they also need to take him.

He positions his phone to record the abduction for his team.

Kasie discovers the thugs had stolen the delivery truck for a medical-waste company. The owner gives her the missing van's location.

Logan gets Parker to understand that they'll need to perform surgery together, that he can't fake his way through.

Nick and McGee pull over the wrong van.

McGee locates where Savina's operating room was assembled.

Logan is forced to walk Parker through the surgery.

Logan makes a sudden move and a thug breaks her wrist. So Parker has to take lead on the surgery.

The team is picking off the guards outside, then invades the operating room.

A thug takes Logan hostage but Parker injects him and knocks him out.

Parker lets Vance arrest Savina at the medical center.

Parker and Logan seem to be hitting it off afterward.

Nick's bear hug leaves Parker feeling better.
