When you watch NCIS Season 15 Episode 20 online, a sheriff with an arrestee in the back of his vehicle violates procedure to pursue a fleeing vehicle he suspects of DUI, only to crash into a lake courtesy of slippery roads and poor conditions. Strange things are afoot, however; the crash is witnessed by a pair of campers, who also observed a man in a fishing boat out on the lake... in the middle of the night. In the meantime, Torres begins to bond with one of the witnesses to the car crash, a blind woman who happens to be a lawyer.
