Percy breaks an arms dealer, Nicholas Brant, out of a secure CIA facility. Nikita captured Brant from Division five years ago and beat him up. Percy wants him to give up the plutonium that he had before being imprisoned. Brant agrees to exchange the plutonium for Nikita. Since Percy doesn't know where Nikita is holed up, he gives Brant the means to find her.

Brant explodes Senator Pierce's car to draw out Nikita. Sean refuses to miss his mother's funeral and Alex goes with him. At the funeral, Brant captures Nikita. And, he tortures her, but isn't able to break her. He calls Percy because he wants to know how to destroy Nikita. Percy tells him that he needs to take someone she cares about. Percy contacts Michael, who willingly gives himself up in order to find Nikita. Roan handles the exchange of Michael for the plutonium.

Nikita is furious at Michael for willingly being taken. Michael proclaims his love for Nikita, of which she doesn't feel worthy. Nikita escapes and attacks Brant. He gets her back and starts to strangle her. Sean and Alex show up just in time. Sean shoots Brant, then finishes him off with a shot to the head.

After they get back home, Nikita and Michael talk about what happened. Michael says that he loves her, even though she doesn't love herself. He will teach her how.

Nikita talks to Percy. He offers to stop chasing her, if she leaves him alone. She refuses and says she is going to bring him down.
