It's Valentine's Day in Tree Hill and everyone is celebrating it in their own way.  Julian and Brooke do a lot of role playing before having a serious discussion which leads to the decision to adopt a child.

Both Nate and Clay act like they aren't going to anything special for their respective James girls, but end up surprising Haley and Quinn with very romantic evenings.

Mouth enlists Millie to help him get a job at the station.  They exchange Valentine's gifts before the station calls, but wants to talk to Millie.

Chase continues to act as a father figure for Chuck, helping him make a Valentine's card for his mom, and telling him it's okay to sing the show tune he wrote for his friends.
