Brooke is restless after the wedding and without a job, so she decides to be a superhero and gets Haley and Quinn to join her. They save a girl from getting ambushed by a bunch of snotty high schoolers.

Chase is fed up with just being a bar manager so he joins Big Brothers and hangs out with Jamie's friend Chuck.

Julian is directing a commercial and gives Mouth his first job back in television. After the actor quits, Julian gives Mouth the lead role in the commercial and he does a great job.

Nathan is still having problems with Professor Kellerman but he finds some other students that dislike Kellerman just as much.  Clay comes to class and explains why Kellerman isn't completely correct in his teaching.

Alex uses Red Bedroom Records to record a song for the soundtrack of her new movie, and Mia isn't happy about it. Once she finally allows Alex in, Mia finds out that she can actually sing and they get along if only for a moment.
