A taxi driver is the new person of interest. He wants to bring his family from Cuba to the United States. One of his passengers leaves a laptop and the Estonians try and kill him for it.
Reese and Finch track the source of the laptop and help reunite the driver with his family.
Elias sets HR up and tells them he wants nothing to do with them. Fusco decides to quit HR too, but Simmons sends an anonymous tip about a murder connected to Fusco.
