Tasha talks to the kids about Ghost's imprisonment and stresses to them the importance of keeping it a secret that he is named Ghost. 

Proctor meets with Ghost and they discuss the case. Ghost insists that Angela is framing him and he wants to go on the stand to defend himself. Sax thinks they should present the case as a love triangle gone wrong, but Mak is resistant as it would place the entire department under scrutiny. 

Paranoia is running through the distributors and Tommy wields his power by threatening them to remain loyal to him. 

When the FBI raids Truth, Sandoval uses it as an opportunity to plant the gun that killed Knox in Ghost's office. 

Proctor tells Ghost he should seriously consider flipping on Tommy if the prosecution cuts him a deal.
