-Women are being raped and killed during Fleet Week.
-The DNA from the rape kit of the first victim matches a sailor but Det. Frost's father, Admiral Frost has him released, against Barry's wishes.
-That sailor is in the brig when a second victim is attacked but a condom was used during the rape.
-Camera footage shows a man dressed in a sailor costume rolling an over stuffed suitcase out of the hotel. The suitcase carried the second victim who had zipper impressions on her face.
-Jane's brother, Frankie helps them track the killer to his work at a promotions company where he wears a Navy costume. When they get to the scene, Jane tells Frankie to wait in the car.
-When the killer runs, Frankie stops him by having the man run into the car door, allowing detectives to arrest him.
-Maura goes out with Angela's mechanic, Giovanni. She just wants sex but he thinks they're soul mates and won't leave her alone. She finally convinces him she's not interested by telling him that she and Jane are a couple.
