Olivia and Mellie worried about going under oath but realized that there was no other way for them to get their point across. 

Once Lonnie interviewed them, he showed footage of the time Olivia and Mellie debated taking down Rashad, and Olivia admitted it was her order, and that B613 existed. 

This came after multiple failed attempts for everyone to find a case they were not all over to finish things for good. 

Abby, Huck and Mellie decided to join Olivia's cause because they knew there was no other way and were ready to pay for their sins. 

However, Mellie took some convincing. 

Sally Langston returned and asked Quinn to turn on Olivia, but Quinn later gave up the information about B613 and Sally revealed all about it on her show. 

This scared Cyrus because he knew the end was near. 

Jake visited Olivia with a vial of sand and said that he was happy on the beach and wished the pair just stayed there for the rest of their lives. 

He then visited Rowan who said that anyone who has to say they have power does not actually have any and they should get a grip.
