The firm initiates a mock trial to get a feel for what an actual trial against Tanner in court might be like. Harvey enlists Louis to play Tanner, and Mike sits in as his co-counsel while Jessica attempts to defend Harvey.

Mike and Harvey both struggle to get Donna involved, but once she gets there, the tables get turned on her, and everyone else at the firm, when they become witnesses.

Hardman finds dirt on Tanner that forces him to accept a deal that gets Harvey off the hook, but not without taking the opportunity of having the partners in the same room to discuss whether or not Jessica should maintain her position at the firm.
