Jessica and Harvey bring Louis in to negotiate the dissolution, though it quickly becomes nastier and more difficult than anticipated when he comes face to face with Marcus. The incident forces Harvey and Jessica to consider alternative measures. But when those measures include Scottie, Harvey makes a bad move he has to undo.

Mike asks Rachel to move in with him, but undermines his sincerity when he goes to her father as part of the dissolution process. Instead of making a decision, Rachel decides she needs some time to think on it.
