She is able to provide them with the name is a man who may have leads, but the guys get more than what they are bargained for. The man only agrees to give them the blood of a saint if they are able to track down a recently stolen skull from a church in Italy. The guys search for the skull which leads them to a local mobster named Scarpetti. Scarpetti soon hires the guys to track down the skull for himself, and promises them a lot of money in return so they can buy the blood of a holy man from the first dealer. The guys reluctantly agree, and are soon lead to a hotel where they run into Father Camilleri who is also searching for the skull as it belongs to his church.
