Sam and Dean don't believe him and wait outside his house until he leaves so they can do a sweep of the home. Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse when Stuart leaves his own but is screaming out for help. Sam and Dean run up to the home and realize Stuart is dripping with blood. Dean goes inside to investigate and is quickly greeted by a flying chainsaw. Dean heads to the hospital with Stewart while Sam goes to the comic book store to get more information.
