Sheldon, Howard, and Leonard celebrate with Penny, Amy, Raj, and Bernadette that they have finally finished their guidance system project for the airforce.

The guys go to the lab only to find that all of their research is gone.

They chat with the Colonel, and he says he's taken all of the work and that they will take it from there. The guys are all upset.

Raj announces that he's found a new place to live.

Amy has an announcement as well. She's been offered a summer research fellowship at Princeton, which means she'll be gone for the summer. She's worried about leaving Sheldon for that long.

Amy tells Sheldon the news, and he says he's happy for her but is clearly bothered. He struggles with the fact that she's leaving, but Leonard convinces him that he needs to show he can be supportive.

Meanwhile, Bernadette is annoyed that Howard is being clingy since his project ended. She talks with him about it, and he points out that she has the same habit when she doesn't have work to keep her busy.

Sheldon brings Amy a suitcase as a gift, and tells her he supports her taking the research fellowship.
