Recap

- Howard is mentally breaking down in  space. He desperately wants to return home. He video chats with Bernadette and asks her to drop something so he can see gravity. With only a few days left in space, he finds out the capsule is delayed a week or two. The other astronauts sedate him to treat his anxiety.

- Sheldon believes he made a discovery as a young child that could get him a Nobel Prize. He hires an assistant to help go through his journals. She is pretty and Amy worries she'll hit on Sheldon. When Amy and Penny go to scope her out, they find her chatting up Leonard. This makes Penny jealous and reaffirms her feelings for him. Or, at least that she doesn't want him with anyone else.

-Raj still can't talk to women -- not Sheldon's assistant and or the female doctor.
