Amy and Sheldon talk about the interview Sheldon had with Scientific American. Leonard's name was left out of the article, and Amy convinces him this is a problem.

Sheldon breaks the news to Leonard that he wasn't mentioned in the article, and tries to comfort him.

Howard, Bernadette, and Raj arrive to Howard's mom's house. Stuart is still living there, and the power is out. Howard is said that the foot in the freezer is defrosting -- it's the last food his mother ever made. They decide to eat it and invite everyone over for dinner.

Penny tries to cheer up Leonard with shopping.

Sheldon tells Leonard he tried to fix the issue with the magazine, but they only wanted Sheldon's name.

Penny and Leonard drive separately from Amy and Sheldon to dinner at Mrs. Wolowitz's house. Meanwhile, Howard, Bernadette, and Raj prepare the food, and Howard gets emotional.

At dinner, the group has a discussion about gender equality, and Leonard and Sheldon continue to argue about the importance of ideas versus execution.
