Liz continues to evade her guardian sniper and watch over her secret door.

She also calls out Red for looking for his daughter, though he never confirms it.

He does manage to find the girl at the very end.

Red also, after finding the cult leader, gets a mysterious key.

Samar attempts to quarantine herself after being infected, but Liz jumps in with her.

The plague is stopped and Samar and Liz are treated.
