Colvin continued to work with Killian to try and get him to roll over on Gibbons. Wysocki and Evers managed to find the Mob Doc who was patching up Killian’s daughter Beth and brought her in. Gibbons left a picture for Wysocki of his brother and Killian together. When he confronted Gibbons, he only said that things didn’t add up and said that Wysocki would know what to do.

Colvin tried to get Lilly to flip on Gibbons but she would have none of it. Lilly met up with Gibbons who was telling her they would not be able to see each other anymore when she said she would do anything for him.

Colvin explained to Killian that if he didn’t testify against Gibbons she would make sure Beth had the worst possible experience in the prison system since they had her cleanly on shooting a police officer. Killian agreed to testify if he could move to Montana.

At the courthouse as the officers were bringing Killian in, Lilly was there and pretended to drop some papers and she took a gun from her purse and shot Killian. She was arrested and Colvin was afraid that her case was going out the window.

Wysocki and Evers found that Killian knew his brother but would not have killed him as he was feeding them information. They found he had stashed evidence away as a safety net; it included a video cassette with a message about how badly he was in trouble and Evers found a huge file on Gibbons.

Wysocki took the file to the Mayor’s office and gave it to Colvin explaining there was enough there to put Gibbons away for good. At a City Council meeting just as Gibbons was going to take a vote against Colvin she walked in and arrested him.
