Nick’s friend and fellow mob connection, Donnie, returns to Vegas after 17 years to clear his name of murdering his wife. With new technology, he believed that the court could test the DNA and prove he didn’t commit the crime.
Unfortunately, the DA’s office lost the original sample of blood and refused to test the DNA of the witness who Nick believed did it.
While Nick and Pete attempt to help Donnie, the trail leads to the mob. Car explosions, money laundering fronts, and Nick’s past reveal themselves. Plus, while an old friend protects them from any mob harm, the two end up losing their case. Donnie is found guilty.
