Mindy is mocked when she makes a video for Taxi TV, while the midwives gain popularity for their celebrity endorsed commercial. Mindy is approached by two producers about an opportunity to appear on the nightly news and Jeremy is jealous. Danny warns her about the pitfalls of local news shows and preps her for her big moment. When Mindy is called away to tend to a sarcastic patient (Drea de Matteo), Danny jumps in front of the camera and flails. Beverly returns to the office and is overwhelmed by the new culture, but is soon helped by Morgan and others.
