Alek and Jasmine train Chloe for some new skills, such as soaring from one roof to the next.

Chloe's acute hearing enables her to overhear Amy saying she may be in the market for a new best friend.

Chloe runs into a very skittish Brian, who has something to hide.  Brian and Chloe eventually have a date and then he tries to figure out what  his dad is up to.

A member of the Order tells Rezzer that since Chloe is now protected, his services are no longer required, and they will dispose of the girl. Valentina overhears the conversation.

Chloe discovers she can sense peoples emotions, such as intense fear. Valentina tells her she is an empath.

Valentina suggests that until she has her empath powers under control that she stay away from humans. Chloe can't do that.

Chloe is fired from her job in the clothes shop because she was meddling in Lana's affairs, but she got it back in the end.
