Carole and Dorinda arrive in London. Carole heads to the church to pick up her late husband’s ashes. Carole jokes with the priest that this feels like a practical joke her husband is playing from beyond. She wishes they could have one more day. Carole brings the ashes back to her room and breaks down in tears.

Dorinda shares that her husband Richard was good friends with her current boyfriend, John. Carole says that she wonders what her marriage would have been like if her husband had gotten well because he was sick throughout their entire marriage. Dorinda talks about how guilty she felt after Richard died because it was almost a relief after his long illness. The two women invite old friends from London to a cocktail party to catch up. 

Sonja gives Ramona dating and one-night-stand advice. Ramona says that she was LuAnn’s wing-woman in Turks and Caicos. She only put LuAnn’s one-night-stand’s friend to bed. She didn’t do anything with him. Sonja thinks she should have left him on the beach. 

Bethenny has some young, handsome men hand deliver the invitations for her party to the ladies. She’s launching the Skinny Girl Pinot Noir and the Spicy Girl Margarita. At the party, Ramona complains that there aren’t enough hot men. When Bethenny points one out to her, Ramona says, “he’s just a bartender” in front of the bartender! Bethenny is mortified. Ramona leaves but Sonja, and LuAnn arrive and are more than happy with the selection of hot men. Sonja breaks a tooth trying to remove the buttons from one of their shirts.
