The team stages an undercover operation to arrest a man who poses as a romantic interest to women and scams them of their money.

Simone poses as a desperate woman and transfers money to him. He tries to run away when she identifies herself as FBI. An LAPD agent arrests him as she also has been after him. The FBI demands access to him as they have another operation in the works that is bigger than a romance scam.

Atlas sends Laura flowers, and despite her initial claim of not being interested in valentines, she is thrilled.

Antoinette is annoyed when Brendon shows no interest in a posh valentine.

Garza and Laura get the Casanova to agree to spy on Kazan, or else they'll out him for screwing his wife. He agrees.

Atlas sends Laura another gift.

Garza learns that Duncan ran a red light and lost the agents tailing him.

The FBI enlists the LAPD to find him and find him murdered. The team tries to find the murderer.

They bring in Kazan's wife, who reveals that she knows who Duncan is and that they are in love.

Fortune sends Carter chocolate. He calls and asks her out for dinner.

Kazan reveals to his wife that he knew about the affair. Their daughter calls from prison and tells them that a rival gang has found out who she is. The gang lays out their demands.

Brendon continues to annoy Antoinette by showing little interest in valentines.

The team finds out who killed Duncan.

Fortune and Carter run into Carter's wife, who was at the same hotel they had prepaid a reservation for valentines.

Antoinette finally reveals that she does care about Valentine, and Brendon plans something nice.

Simone runs into Detective Naomi, and they grab a beer. They talk about dating.

Fortune says she doesn't want something complicated as Carter seems to be.

Kazan offers himself to the FBI in exchange for his daughter's safety in a minimum-security prison.

The LAPD arrests Hans, and the FBI joins in on the interrogation. He reveals that he had been hired to track down Duncan, but he found him dead.

The team learns that Chase/Duncan had a partner, and the partner was still scamming people out of money. It is his lawyer.

Garza makes a deal with Kazan, but Kazan's daughter warns them that Kazan might not hold his end of the deal.

They discover Kazan's setup but arrest mala noche and disarm a bomb Kazan had rigged.

Fortune gives Carter another chance after he shows up with flowers and promises to tell the truth.

Simone goes to see Naomi at the LAPD. They make plans.
