Pete and his mother, Jane, visit her memories in attempt to figure out who is gathering all the artifacts to prepare for a war with the Warehouse. Pete learns his mother decided to become a Regent is because of a talk Pete has with his father.
While in the past, Jane learns that a boy named Walt had an artifact that allowed him to move his lower body but at an evil cost. A young Artie confiscates the artifact and bounds Walt back to a wheelchair.
Back in the present Walt informs his right hand man, Markus, to find a weak spot and go after a vulnerable Steve.
Myka: Let me be perfectly clear, I know places where people would never find your body. Pete: Deal, I'll even dig the hole.
