Pete, Myka, and Claudia rush back to the Warehouse to find Leena dead while Steve and Mrs. Frederick stay in Rome with Brother Adrian to get to the bottom of the Astrolabe effected Artie.
Pete and Myka head after Artie while Steve and Claudia head to Warehouse 8 to retrieve a Chinese Lilly that was encased in unbreakable glass to keep it safe. Pete and Myka find Artie, but eludes their capture. Artie takes a dagger artifact that can break anything.
Artie catches up with Steve and Claudia, he breaks the Lilly’s glass while Claudia takes the dagger from him. Claudia theorizes that the dagger can cast out Artie’s evil self. Pete attempted to grab the Lilly, but is unable to do so and the plague is unleashed.
