Neal attempts to reconcile with Mozzie in an effort to regain possession of the missing Degas.
In the meantime, Peter's mentor from the DC art crimes unit comes to town in order to follow a lead about the surfacing of a Degas on the black market, the same one found on the U-boat manifest, and the same one Neal and Mozzie are desperately trying to get back. They successfully launch a con to thwart the FBI’s pursuit, but only by seconds.
Mozzie forces Neal to make a decision to stay or leave, and Neal chooses to stay.
Keller comes back to town to give Mozzie one last chance to cut him on the treasure before taking more drastic measures. Those measures include blackmailing Peter into helping him by kidnapping Elizabeth.
