After far too many weeks in rerun, Arrow Season 1 finally resumes with a new episode tomorrow night.
What can fans expect from the installment, following Oliver's reveal to Tommy on "Dead to Rights?"
I spoke with producer Marc Guggenheim at PaleyFest earlier this month and he made it clear that Tommy will react to the identity of The Hood unlike anyone else in the know.
"It causes all sorts of dilemmas," Guggenheim said, adding that it will impact Tommy's relationship with both Oliver and Laurel.
