Amanda Setton is headed back to the small screen.

The actress (Gossip Girl, The Mindy Project, The Crazy Ones) will appear on multiple episodes of Hawaii Five-0 Season 5, TV Guide confirms.

Look for the young star to come on board as Dr. Mindy Shaw, Max's new, impressive, intelligent trainee. She will debut on the September 26 opener.

Earlier this month, showrunner Peter Lenkov teased that this new character "will be there at crime scenes and be a voice in the ME's office.

In other series casting news, Carol Burnett will reprise her role as Steve's aunt this fall.
