It's the question on the minds of all Good Wife Fanatics:

Is Alicia in? Will she run for State's Attorney, as teased at the conclusion of The Good Wife Season 5?

In short, based on the official CBS synopsis for new episodes, the answer is NO. But why do we have a feeling it won't be all that simple?

Here is how the network describes what fans can look forward to when The Good Wife Season 6 kicks off on Sunday, September 21:

Picking up exactly where season five ended, Alicia is adamant in her refusal to run for State’s Attorney. Between an internal crisis for Cary at Florrick/Agos and Diane possibly joining her firm, Alicia has way too much to juggle without the additional stress of politics.

Then again, Steven Pasquale is on board for two episodes this fall as a campaign manager.

So what will Alicia do? We don't know. But we can't wait to find out.
