The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 11 featured plenty of drama and suspense, with Kai kidnapping Elena, Jo nearly killing herself with a cloaking spell and Enzo putting an evil plan into motion.
But it's the fate of Sheriff Forbes that has us most concerned heading into The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 12, as her daughter may have made a grave error by feeding her blood last night.
As teased on the above promo for "Prayer for the Dying," Caroline's desperate decision will take a devastating turn next Thursday night, while Elena apparently grows inspired by her friend's sad fate.
Elsewhere, Liv and Luke will try to convince their father to let Jo and Kai take their place in the merge ceremony and Damon's risky plan will send things spiraling out of control just before the this ceremony is set to take place.
