Another time traveler is hitting The CW!
Rip Hunter has been cast and will join the superhero team up Arrow/Flash spinoff on The CW. Doctor Who's Arthur Darvill has been given the role, one of three never-before seen on TV that have been promised in the series.
Rip Hunter is described as a roguish time traveler who uses charm and wit to hide the strain of being responsible for history itself. That's a pretty big burden, as Barry Allen has recently learned on The Flash.
Earlier today, Ciara Renee was cast as Hawkgirl on the potential series, joining Brandon Routh as ATOM, Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold, Dominic Purcell as Heatwave, Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein and Caity Lotz as a character yet to be named.
