Remember that Full House reboot we were talking about?
John Stamos made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel last night and he said it's all systems go!!
Not only that, but he also shared the first installment of a 13-episode order will be one hour that will essentially be a reunion show. Are you stoked or what?! (This is the 90s, remember?!)
As for the remainder of the revival, it will focus on DJ Tanner and her three sons, as well as Stephanie Tanner and DJ's best friend, Kimmy Gibler, as previously reported.
Stamos also assured those salivating at the idea of the Tanners getting back together that they were actively trying to recruit all of the former cast members for appearances at some time or another on the new series.
Go ahead. Spread the good cheer!
UPDATE: Netflix itself has now also confirmed this news, writing via press release:
"As big fans of the original Full House, we are thrilled to be able to introduce Fuller House’s new narrative to existing fans worldwide, who grew up on the original, as well as a new generation of global viewers that have grown up with the Tanners in syndication."
