When Empire Season 2 kicks off on September 23, someone will be taking an interest in Cookie.
That someone will be in the form of Adam Rodiguez as Laz Delgado, a smooth-talking concert promoter with expert hustler skills. He's a native New Yorker and former EMT and will have an eye, of sorts, for Cookie.
Well, wouldn't you?
While we don't know exactly what kind of interest Delgado will take in Cookie, it's a safe bet he'll be interested in more than her business acumen.
Most recently, Rodriguez guest starred in The Night Shift and previously starred in CSI: Miami. Other stars who have lined up to star in Empire Season 2 include Chris Rock, Lenny Kravitz and Alicia Keys.
