1. The Dream Team - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Nic, Conrad, and Devon are the people you want on your case when all hope is lost and all hell has broken loose. You can count on all of them to do everything in their power to make sure that the patient has the best care there is, and they're not above breaking a few rules to do just that.
2. An Undocumented Patient - The Resident
The team must save the life of an uninsured and undocumented patient on The Resident. "Comrades in Arms" is the third episode of the show's first season.
3. Mina the BAMF - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Mina may be Bell's new mentee, but what does that entail when her new mentor is a manipulative, conniving man with ulterior motives? At least she's getting the most out of the situation for now. She's already good, but with the knowledge she can learn from being around Bell, she can be great.
4. Friends or Frenemies?! - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Everything is right in the world when Warren Christie is onscreen and now he's with Matt Czuchry too? Sign us up! He's set up to play an old comrade of Conrad's but is their relationship a love fest? Or is there a competitive rivalry between the two?
5. Down She Goes - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
A patient passes out in the halls of Chastain Park, but never fear, she's in the trusty hands of Conrad, Devon, and NIc. There can't be a better group of people there to help her during her time of need than these three!
6. Is This Foot Made for Walking? - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Devon tests whether or not a patient's foot is functioning properly. He looks to Nic for confirmation of his diagnosis, while Conrad looks on. He has two of the best mentors in the business, within reason, of course.
7. Devon Meets Mina - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Have Mina and Devon actually spoken to each other yet? Devon has gone the rounds and interacted with all of the top players in the hospital, but he hasn't had a run in with Mina just yet. Mina is blunt and Devon is cocky, so their interactions should be a riot!
8. Comrade - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
An old friend, presumably from Conrad's time in the military, stops in for a visit. The two of them will probably reconnect, but the real question is, will Conrad's friend be connecting with Nic in the biblical sense? He inquires about Nic and her relationship with Conrad, so maybe.
9. Coffee Break - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
The only thing Bell has his hands full with is coffee. He takes a coffee break, or maybe a break in general. Now that he has Mina around to hide behind, he's more confident than ever. He seems more relaxed too.
10. Taking a Moment - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Conrad takes a moment to speak to his patient one-on-one and doll out that quality, personable care that he has come to be known for. Conrad's dedication to his patients is unparalleled and almost makes the questionable choices of his worth it.
11. Getting Closer - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Devon and Nic are slowly becoming a solid team. Devon is fitting right in working alongside Nic. Here, the two of them get a bit closer to their patient and hope that they'll be able to treat her before the administration pulls the plug on her treatment.
12. Irving - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Irving is in the mix, helping the others, but when will he get some time out on his own? He's such a fun character that pops up in the background. I can't wait to see more of him as the series unfolds.
13. Double Check - The Resident Season 1 Episode 3
Conrad checks the patient's heart rate and possible double checks Devon's work just to make sure everything is OK. Devon must be on better terms with Conrad if he's asking for a second opinion.
