Things are getting dicey away from the TV show within a show on Apple's upcoming drama series.

The forthcoming streamer has dropped the first teaser for The Morning Show, and it tees up the exciting drama that's about to unfold.

Starring Jennifer Aniston, Steve Carell, and Reese Witherspoon, the series is described as "an inside look at the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, exploring the unique challenges faced by the women (and men) who carry out this daily televised ritual."

The first look from Apple TV+ gives us our first glimpse at the talented ensemble and confirms that there will be some off-screen drama for these personalities.

"Don't you ever question my integrity in my own house again," Aniston's character is heard in the teaser.

More exciting, is that this series marks Aniston's first regular TV role since Friends went off the air. This is also Carell's first role since he departed The Office, while this is Witherspoon's latest TV role following the conclusion of Big Little Lies.

The Morning Show was first teased back in July 2017, and there was a lot of buzz surrounding it because Aniston and Witherspoon's names were attached to it.

That November, Apple handed out a 20 episode order for its streaming service, proving that it was happy to spend a pretty penny for the most in-demand talent.

Carell's casting was announced in October 2018.

The series is written and executive-produced by Bates Motel co-creator Kerry Ehrin.

What's more, it was originally supposed to take the form of a sitcom, but things changed throughout the development process to give us the drama series.

Apple TV+ is slated to launch in Fall 2019, but a definite date will be announced in due course.

What's more, Apple has yet to reveal the pricing of the content, but we do know it will be ad-free.

Apple has been aggressively commissioning projects for quite some time now, and it's clear that it wants A-list talent.

What we do know is that there will be downloadable content, meaning there will be offline streaming.

On top of that, the service is launching in over 100 countries.
