A week after surgery to remove her appendix, Julianne Hough is recovering well.
“She was in a lot of pain for a couple of days afterwards,” brother Derek Hough said to OK! following last night’s performance. “But she’s a fighter; she’ll get through.”
Despite Julianne’s belief that she’d return to the show after just a couple of weeks, Derek is more cautious:
“I don’t think she’ll be back to dance next week. I’m going to make her stay in bed!”
