Seriously, it's hard work. Howard is cheerful, but Bernadette seems to be having a full on meltdown. The baby's cry would be enough to do that to a new mom.
There's a squeaky board in the nursery! Howard and Raj spend their energy trying to get it fixed, and with good reason. You don't want to wake up the baby with a squeaky floorboard!
Amy can't wait to go on a spa weekend with Penny, and that's got to be due at least in part to the fact that it means the first weekend away since she and Sheldon started living together.
