AJ Austin is the newest hot-shot to join the hospital, and he's somewhat of an acquired taste. The doctors fall on sides of a spectrum, and we'll have to see if falls closer to Bell and Lane or Conrad, Devon, and Mina.

Do Bell and new, hot-shot doc, AJ Austin have a history with one another? Bell and Austin appear to be meeting at a bar, and it's possible that Bell is recruiting Austin to join Chastain.

Mina is one of the doctors helping Bradley. On the outside, it appears like Mina isn't concerned, but one of their own is fighting for his life and has fallen under mysterious circumstances. She has to be concerned about his well-being deep down.

Every now and then a person needs a moment of peace, and Devon is no exception. Sometimes there is a bit too much taking place at that hospital. It's been an interesting assignment for Devon but his working at Chastain under Conrad's tutelage has given him the tools to be a brilliant doctor.

Conrad reassures Nic. The two of them may be a successful couple in the end. They're closer than they ever were before, and Nic being framed has only brought them closer.

Conrad and Devon talk about Dr. Bradley who fell through the window. Will Devon and Conrad work together to figure out what really happened to Bradley? They probably will, but they also have to figure out the cancer treatment business with Lane and save Nic.

Nic is on an island all by herself after she was fired from Chastain. She has plenty of time on her hands since she is no longer working as. That gives her the time and the drive to embark on a deeper investigation of Lane.

Bell is pitching his new vision to the hospital board in his new position as CEO. It's too bad that they appear to be bored out of their minds. Fortunately, a little excitement may be hitting them sooner than they think.

Conrad takes it upon himself to investigate when a colleague of his mysteriously falls through the skyline of the hospital, but he also has to be in communication with Nic for updates

Bell's meeting may have been interrupted in the most shocking way imaginable, but he soon goes into action trying to treat one of their own doctors who sustained serious injuries after the fall.

Whatever Devon has said or done, Conrad is amused. Conrad has taken to his intern, and he and Devon have developed a great relationship. Also, this trio of doctors are the best Chastain has to offer.

Bell is on top of the world now that he and Lane swindled Claire out of her job. Bell is the acting CEO of the hospital and somehow, he's also maintaining his position as Chief of Surgery. Will he discover that it's lonely at the top? With great power comes great responsibility, so will Bell emerge as a true leader?
