It's a pleasure to serve, but I cannot accept congratulations on this case. It was tragic on so many levels. A young woman was abducted. Lives were lost. Why? Because a dysfunctional family flaunted their wealth to buy our attention. They even felt so entitled they took advantage of this agency's expertise and resources to rescue them from their own greed.
