Brendon and Simone pass their shooting test and are advised to start thinking of their next steps career-wise.
Garza's ex-wife visits on an assignment from the bureau to watch Garza's team.
The team watches a video from a billionaire whose daughter is missing, and he promises a lot of money to anyone who can find her.
The team takes over the case because of the potential ramifications this call could have.
Simone opposes this because it is unethical for the team to work on the case. After all, the girl's father is a billionaire. She brings up the stats surrounding the response to missing person cases and how they are handled based on race and gender.
Brendon and Laura visit his office and meet him and his son. He doesn't show any respect to them, but his son apologizes on his behalf.
Simone and Garza's ex-wife get to know each other during a ride while chasing down a lead.
Simone impresses Candace with her work, and she is invited to speak at a Gala in DC. She raises concerns about being tokenized. Carter impresses on her how important the event could be.
The team finds where Bree was being held and finds her kidnappers dead. Bree is nowhere to be found.
A deeper look reveals to the team that Bree was kidnapped by his brother, who aimed to take over their father's company. They arrest him.
Cutty visits Simone at work. He expresses his discomfort with the FBI expenditure.
The billionaire pulls back his reward, putting the team in a difficult position.
One of the kidnappers betrays the other when the billionaire rescinds his offer. He shoots the other who Brednon and Laura find.
He goes to find Bree's father and demands payment. The team arrives on time, but Bree's father is shot.
Bree is rescued.
During a press conference, Simone is invited to talk but goes off Candace's script.
Bree reveals to Garza why she is and has always been so competitive.
