There is an attack and Owen leads the charge with his crew to save people on the sixth floor of a building.

• There is an explosion as they breach a room.
• It's apparently a drill that they're running and the 126 fails it.
• Owen is upset by how much the others are joking around about all of this. Judd comes in to check on him after Owen goes off on him.
• Owen tells Judd about what happened with the FBI and an impending terrorist attack.
• Owen goes to the Honor Dogs to talk to the leader. He tells them about the hijacked explosivs and they don't know what he's talking about
• The Feds bust in and arrest Owen too for Obstruction of Justice. One of the agents takes him out to arrest him and they talk and Owen tells him he thinks that they don't know anything.
• The building explodes while they're talking
• Owen goes with Casey to the hospital because she's scared and Judd continues to run the scene.
• Casey dies in front of Owen while he's holding her hand. O'Brien shows up at the hospital. They lost many of the Feds and the Honor Dogs.
• Owen and O'Brien tells the agent that the case isn't over like they claim.
• Red tells them that Andy is who the booted from the club and he was the one who spoofed Red's number and lured everyone there.
• Andy took his wife and kid away but he still has the ANFO and tends to do something bigger.
• O'Brien is torn up about his nephew
• Owen tells the rest of the team about his undercover work and how he failed.
• They get a call that's sending everybody in and now they fear and expect it's the worst.
• Someoen calls in a bomb threat at the Capitol but Obrien suspects it's fake and want to stay on the scene and Carlos joins him.
• There is a bomb at the Capitol and they send the machinery in there to take a look at it.
• Carlos and Obrien find where the bomb was being created in the woods and go investigate a shed.
• Owen defies protocol and goes into the room where the bomb is to look further since he suspects it's a fake scenario.
• Obrien finds where all the bomb making stuff is in the stables and finds Andy's wife and son there tied up.
• Someone shoots OBrien and the Mikey kid who got branded is the one who did it. Carlos shoots him before he can kill Obrien.
• Owen tells them to get everyone back inside as a reverse evacuation becuase it's unsafe out there.
• The bomb is in an ambulance. Andy is inside and angry  that his plan didn't work like he wanted.
• O'Brien tells Owen that Andy doesn't want to do this andis only doing it becuase he thinks his family is in danger.
• The FBI brings their high caliber equipment for this ordeal.
• Owen finds the ambulance Andy is hiding hin, and he wants to talk to him before the Feds take Andy out.
• Andy tells them that the bomb is on a timer and he can't stop it, but he'es relieved that his family is okay.
• Owen jumps into the ambulance and wants Grace to talk him through wehre to go.
• She sends him to submerge it in the boat marina but it doesn't go all the way in.
• Judd shows with the fire truck and bumps it in the lake.
• We see last summer that Andy was upset about getting kicked out the Honor Dogs and wanted to do something big to take action. Mike appealed to him and that's how the plan came into place.
• He recalls when Mikey brought AMFO. Mikey shot the hiker.
• Owen and OBrien talk.
• Owen shows up at Carlos and TK's to have dinner and spend time with him.
