Samir's counsel picks him up from his cell and informs him it is time.

Samir is reading for his exams while waiting for a client in his car. His mother calls and demands he attends dinner.

Samir's client comes out while on the phone. She hangs up and notices Samir staring.

Samir claims to have seen her before, and when they pass a billboard with her face on it. She's a real estate agent.

They make small talk and get to know each other. Samir drops her off at the airport.

He picks up new clients and loses focus while driving after seeing Alice's billboard. He causes a minor incident and the clients spill some drink in the car.

His boss breathes down on him to make sure the car is clean. A colleague invites him to his house, but he declines, saying he has exams.

He finds a phone ringing and answers and Alice is on the other end. He offers to pick her up when she returns so he can give her the phone.

During dinner, his mother talks about his doctor aspirations and the money he stands to make. He tries to unlock Alice's phone.

In court, he is revealed to have murdered someone.

He goes in for his exam and walks out without completing it.

At home, he cracks Alice's password and goes through her phone.

Next, when he picks her up, he plays a song from her phone's queue and pretends to like the band. He drops her off and watches as she makes out with a certain man who's a doctor. His mother calls but he doesn't answer and breaks his phone.

He stalks Alice's apartment and one night, Alice's boyfriend walks out and enters his car, thinking it's a cab. He drops him off and realizes the man is married. Samir threatens to expose him if he doesn't break up with Alice.

Next, he finds Alice in an open house and asks her out. They go out on a date.

One night he returns home and finds his mother waiting and she confronts him. He reveals that he did quit his job and medical school.

He argues with his mom and storms out, heading for Alice's. He finds the doctor there, and Alice kicks them out when she learns they'd lied to her.

The doctor attacks him, and Samir gets into his car. He runs him over, effectively killing him.

In court, the jury finds him guilty of murder, and he's jailed.
