Lincoln finds himself on the run from ATCU soldiers. He uses his powers to escape.

Back at S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ, Simmons is struggling getting used to the Earth's atmosphere and gravity again. Fitz explains to the team her body is out of whack. Though she did not encounter alien life, she did mention being hunted.

Daisy informs Coulson that Lincoln is in trouble, the ATCU is after him. Though Daisy wasn't aware of it, S.H.I.E.L.D. implanted a tracker in the Inhuman. She volunteers to go get him, but Lincoln hangs up and blows the tracker.

Hunter and May meet with an old associate of his at a bar. The man, Spud, buys them a round of drinks and eventually starts talking shop. Unfortunately, in order to meet with HYDRA, Hunter will have to fight his way in to prove he can be trusted. Then, and only then will a meeting be arranged. Bobbi warns him against doing something stupid, "Good luck, don't die" she says.

While S.H.I.E.L.D. continues their search for Lincoln, Simmons visits the lab but quickly heads back to her room. Daisy brings her flowers and let's her know she's there to talk whenever Jemma is ready.

Lincoln calls his friend John, who picks him up and drives him back to his place. The man offers to help in any way he can and sells Lincoln his car. "Mi casa, su casa" John tells him. It isn't long before John learns from the news that Lincoln's dangerous and wanted by the authorities.

Coulson reaches out to Rosalind and requests an informal meeting. At the beach, the two leaders discuss the way the ATCU is panicking the public. The director asks her to allow him to bring Lincoln in, as S.H.I.E.L.D. knows the man and what they're dealing with. However, Rosalind threatens to expose Daisy, which forces Coulson's hand.

John begins acting strangely and questions Lincoln, who attempts to leave. Sadly, when he touches the man he fatally electrocutes him and can not revive him. With the ATCU hot on his trail, Lincoln calls Daisy.

Fitz opens up to Bobbi regarding Simmons, and she suggests the two friends should start fresh. Fitz takes Simmons to a lovely restaurant, where she learns they have been holding their reservation for months. As the waiter pours her wine, Jemma starts to cry. Fitz comforts her as best he can.

Hunter and May arrive at "fight club," but Spud shocks them by volunteering to fight his pal. The two beat each other to a bloody pulp, until Hunter kills his opponent. He then finds himself face to face with Kebo.

Daisy locates a distraught Lincoln and reassures him that he gave her hope at Afterlife. "You help people because you were meant to" Daisy tells him. As he's considering joining her, Mack enters with ATCU soldiers. Coulson struck a deal, Lincoln in exchange for Rosalind keeping quiet about Daisy. Naturally, Lincoln is upset and uses his powers to escape.

Coulson comes clean, telling Daisy that he offered Rosalind his expertise if she would back down. Rosalind calls Coulson to make sure his number is authentic. Their new partnership has officially begun.

Bobbi finds Simons in the lab tinkering with the remains of the monolith. Jemma tells her that she has to go back.
