At trial, Erin's witness is a 79 year old woman who says she can't be sure if the defendant is the man who attacked her or not. The judge dismisses the case for lack of evidence because the woman can't make a positive ID even though she did on a lineup.

Anthony is upset and wants the guy in jail. He goes after him.

Jamie is not happy that the cops he works with are making fun of Filipino food. Jamie tells them to stop. It's awkward.

Two missing persons, a mother and a 12-year-old. Danny arrives at the scene to talk to the father, who called it in. He doesn't live here but has a key. He was worried because he couldn't get ahold of his ex and Emmy didn't turn up at school.

Sid is called in to break up a fight between a student and an SRO. Kids are chanting NO COPS ON CAMPUS and the cop claims a kid jumped him. The kid says the cop isn't a real cop and lunges at him. Sid arrests him.

Christine was supposedly working from home. Her co-worker is shocked to hear she is missing. She says Christine was upset last Friday after dealing with a walk in client.

Garrett waits while Frank talks with the Deputy Chancellor of Education. Frank thinks they are on the same side. The Deputy Chancellor wants him to work with them. She thinks his idea that cops in schools get weapons out is overly simplistic. Sid comes along and asks if she's for or against them. They start arguing. Frank promises an investigation and says he will welcome the BOE's findings as well.

Jamie chases after De Santos to find out if he is really okay with the other cops' ribbing him. He says De Santos doesn't have to put up with this but De Santos insists it's fine.

Danny tries to question the client, who says he's busy and doesn't know Christine. Danny has a photo. Suddenly the guy remembers. He was giving a deportation letter. She was an adoptee and her adoptive parents never filed a naturalization certificate. If she doesn't come to a hearing next week she will be deported.

Eddie asks Jamie what's up. He tells her. She wishes the guys would grow up and says going along with the jokes is what you do. Busting each other's chops is part of cop culture. Jamie feels there are some thing you shouldn't say. Eddie says they say things at family dinner you wouldn't want anyone to hear.

Danny talks to Baez who says their immigration laws need updating. Danny doesn't want to rule out foul play. However, Christine's car has been found. She dumped her keys and her phone and walked off with her daughter.

Anthony drives up and watches the suspect chase after a woman. Anthony stops him but as he's tussling with him, the guy falls down the stairs.

Erin asks Anthony what happened. She finds out he was following the suspect. An investigator from the State's Attorney's Office shows up to announce she is investigating his conduct.

Jamie's boss plans to do nothing about the teasing. Unless De Santos files a complaint, there's no problem. He says he took a lot worse than De Santos as he was coming up the ranks. He thinks Jamie should leave this alone.

Christine's ex doesn't believe this. He thinks Christine is an American citizen. He doesn't understand this. Christine is responsible and wouldn't disappear without telling him. Danny asks where Christine might take Emmy.  Ex has no idea. This is like a bad dream. If he loses Emmy he loses everything.

School Safety Agent Ferndandez comes to see Frank. He says he had to defend himself against a kid who came after him. He considers the kid a hardcore criminal, no matter his age. Frank advises him that school safety officers have to be diplomats who work with the kids. He gives him a letter of commendation and asks if he would like to go back if this can be solved. Fernandez would.

Jamie walks in on another bullying session. De Santos says Jamie is not a minority and he has been dealing with this his whole life. He says he told EEOC that Jamie is singling him out because he's a minority and he wants Jamie to drop this.

Anthony is upset and thinks Erin doesn't believe this was an accident. Erin believes him but she's going to have to tell the truth about him having threatened the guy before. Erin doesn't know what she's going to do, but not throw Anthony under the bus. He wants her to tell the truth even if he loses his job.

Danny thinks what Christine is doing is wrong. Baez says it's not kidnapping when she has custody. And what would Danny do in her situation. He admits if he was going to lose his kid he'd do the same thing but that doesn't make it right. Baez gets a tip about where they are.  No one answers the door. The landlord eventually opens the door but no one is inside.

Henry says Jamie should see it from Santos' POV and that this has been going on since the first uniform. Henry tells a story of how he brought blood sausage to school and kids picked on him so he stopped eating it. A guy at the Police Academy got made fun of for what he ate, and Henry didn't bust his chops over it because of how he treated him.

At family dinner, Sean says his girlfriend gave him this shirt. Everyone makes fun of the shirt except Jamie. Sean secretly hates the shirt. Danny thinks Sean should tell Andrea that. They talk about how they hated Mom's tuna casserole. Also no one liked Eddie's spinach quiche from three weeks ago.

Baez and Danny continue looking for Christine and her daughter. They aren't flying anywhere it seems. Christine's ex shows up and says he remembered she speaks French and used to talk about moving to Montreal. Danny goes to check out an Amtrak train that goes from Penn Station to Montreal.

Anthony is packing his things. Erin says she had her interview and the interviewer didn't ask if Anthony threatened the suspect so she didn't tell her anything about it.

 Sid and Garrett come in to see Frank. There's a mob outside because of the Deputy Chancellor's meeting. Garrett thinks they shouldn't use force against the protesters. The protesters have been throwing things. Frank says they should go for Level 1 mobilization and not completely stand down.

Baez and Danny show up at Penn Station and find Christine and Emmy, who run. Danny stops them. Christine says she never received the notices about her immigration status. Danny tells her if she gets on the train she's a fugitive. He spoke to immigration and she can get an emergency appeal if she comes in on her own. Christine felt like she had no choice. Danny says now she does have a choice. Stay here and fight for the life she's built here. She agrees to let them take her home.

Frank comes to the meeting and wants to speak. She says this needs to be cleared through channels for another time. Frnak says he'll be back and goes to the podium.

The crowd boos and doesn't want the PC here. Jeannine tells them to show some respect. Frank tells them that the officer has been reassigned. The crowd cheers.  Frank says here is a list of materials confiscated by this unarmed officer in the last year. He has a list of drugs and weapons. He got things out of the school that they don't want around their kids. The cops are trying to keep the kids safe. He thanks them for their time and leaves.

Anthony has been cleared of wrongdoing. Erin says he doesn't look happy. He feels like something isn't sitting right. He had a solid grip on the guy's jacket. He's not sure if it was really an accident. Erin says come to confession with her. Anthony said he just confessed. Erin thanks him for having her back.

Emmy is reunited with her dad. Christine apologizes. Will's just glad she's safe. Christine goes in and Danny accuses Will of hiding the immigration notices so he could get custody. Danny has videotaped proof. Will admits he was bringing in her mail and saw the notice. It gave him the idea and he knew he should leave it alone but he took the notices anyway. He never thought she'd do this. Danny said he should have called a lawyer. He arrests Will.

At roll call Jamie announces a zero tolerance policy toward ethnic shaming. A guy asks for a demonstration and Jamie makes fun of him being from West Virginia and then says this stupidity ends now.
