Aubrey notices that Booth put a tracking device on Max. Then, in his questioning, he learns that the victim is a skilled mini-golfer.

Booth and Brennan head to the mini-golf tournament to find out more.

Booth finds out where Max is, and learns he has been picked up for grave robbing. He's brought back to the FBI, and Booth and Brennan ask him for details. Brennan worries about being able to trust her father. Brennan also starts to think Christine isn't safe with Max.

Aubrey questions another suspect who had motive against his brother.

Hodgins continues to help Wendell with the clock, but it doesn't seem to be working. Then Hodgins brings in a plan B with another clock just like it that he ordered from Craigslist.

Aubrey tells Booth the victim was going to South Africa.W

Wendell presents the fixed clock to his girlfriend who tells him it was always broken. They have a sweet moment together.

Max brings a ring to Brennan that she lost when she was young. He explains that the ring was taken from her when she was young, as a symbol that a man Man Max had conflict with could always hurt her. Now that he's gone, Max finally feels things are safe. It also exlains why he left her when she was young.
