Jones makers her first impression on Truck 81 as Dawson settles back in to being a paramedic (for now). Severide asks Clarke for a personal favor regarding Katie's attacker - not the moving furniture kind - and Clarke agrees to help.

Jones makes an accusation against Dawson, thinking she's talking trash to Casey about her. Boden and Hermann talk about his Lieutenant exam, and mentions the truck is filling pretty full at the moment. Mouch "pokes the bear" according the Hermann in regards to Connie, and she appropriates his couch.

Casey treats Jones like every other candidate, but Jones does not recognize this and goes to Severide. Severide does not acknowledge her. Benny comes to visit Kelly about Katie. After a call, Severide again tells Jones of the rules of the house: work hard and keep your mouth shut. Casey talks to Boden about Donna.

Otis wants in on the plan. Erin brings an update to the house, and warns him that she will haul him in if it keeps him from doing something stupid. Mentioning that Katie wouldn't want her brother brought up on assault. Mouch, Hermann, and Cruz talk to Casey about Jones telling him she isn't a good fit. Casey defends Jones telling them she needs to give him a fair shake.

Dawson and Casey fight about Jones, and later themselves. Mouch apologizes to Connie.

Erin visits Severide and informs him that Keeler has gone missing.
