Chicago Med Season 7 Episode 10 revolves around inconvenient truths.

Sharon finds herself under pressure from all sides following the VAS-COM debacle. The board has shut her out of meetings since they can't fire her and she finds out later that they have hired a compliance officer. She also has to deal with the press and with the dirty looks and stupid comments Cooper's father-in-law is making.

Meanwhile, the compliance officer questions Stevie and tries to find out whether Will was involved in pushing the VAS-COM. Stevie is upset that Will didn't give her a heads up, but soon has a bigger problem. A non-English speaking patient has early onset Alzheimers and his son has chosen not to tell him this diagnosis.

Stevie thinks this is wrong, but neither the son nor her patient's fiancee agrees and the two of them have decided to keep the diagnosis to themselves.

Elsewhere, Marcel has concerns about using a severely autistic kid as a kidney donor, especially since the kid freaks out during a blood draw, but Blake thinks it's her patient's only chance at survival.
